The Marion County RPC - 2nd Annual Young Bird Auction Race. To be flown from Griffin, Georgia (312 Miles).

~ Brian Lord (Handler) ~

1. You may purchase SIX Auction Bands for $90. (Payment should be made out to Brian L. Lord)
2. Once Payment is received, your bands will be mailed directly to you for banding.
3. Capital Prize is based on official clocking order until all positions have been awarded. 
4. The host Club will cut 10% of Capital for expenses.
5. Capital Split 50/50, Breeder/Handler.
6. Birds must be shipped in USPS Approved Shipping Boxes. All birds will be placed under quarantine for 7 days and treated for worms, canker and coccidiosis upon arrival before it will be allowed into the main loft. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
7. The birds will later be vaccinated for PMV, Paratyphoid and Pox.
8. Unikon Electric Timer will be used.
9. Participants should visit our web-site (www.TimberLofts.net) for inventory reports, training reports and the final results.
10. Your birds will be sent to each of these race stations Valdosta (141M), Tifton (187M), and Cordele (223M) at least once prior to the 300 mile race.
11. The race committee will handle all disputes and their decision will be final.
12. All birds remain the property of the Breeder! If you wish to get your bird(s) back after the race, all you have to do is pay $50 (1-2 Birds) for the return shipping and $5 for each additional bird. Any Diploma's earned will sent with the bird. Any bird not claimed by the Breeder with in THREE days will become the property of the Handler and a pedigree will be requested.
13. We will ONLY be Accepting 30 AB Birds from Feb 15th until Apr 15th. (DO NOT SEND BIRDS AFTER THE CUT OFF DATE!)
