Marion County RPC - 2nd Annual Gold Band Youngbird Race. To be flown from Griffin, GA (312 Miles).

 ~ Brian Lord (Handler) ~

1. Entry Fee is simply your purchase of FIVE Gold Bands for $100 or $25 each. (Checks should be made out to Brian Lord)
2. Once payment is received, your bands will me mailed directly to you for banding.
3. Capital Prize is based on official clocking order until all positions have been awarded. Pay-Outs will be based on the total number of bands sold. (To be updated after All Available Bands have been Sold).
4. The host Club will cut 10% of Capital for expenses.
5. Capital Split 50/50, Breeder/Handler.
6. Birds must be shipped in USPS Approved Shipping Boxes. All birds will be placed under quarantine for 7 days and treated for worms, canker and coccidiosis upon arrival before it will be allowed into the main loft. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
7. The birds will later be vaccinated for PMV, Paratyphoid and Pox.
8. Unikon Electric Timer will be used.
9. Participants should visit our web-site (www.TimberLofts.net) for inventory reports, training reports and the final results.
10. Your birds will be sent to each of these race stations Valdosta(141M), Tifton (187M), and Cordele (223M) at least once prior to the 300 mile event.
11. The race committee will handle all disputes and their decision will be final.
12. All the birds will remain the property of the Breeder! If you desire to have your birds back, you only have to pay the return shipping fee of $50.00 (1-2 Birds). In case there are more than 2-birds, simply add $5 per additional bird. Any Diploma's earned by the bird will be with the bird. If no arrangements are made with the handler (Brian Lord) with in THREE days upon completion of the 300 mle race, those remaining birds will become the property of the Handler and a pedigree will be requested.
13. We are ONLY Accepting 25 GB Birds from Feb 15th until Apr 15th. (DO NOT SEND BIRDS AFTER THE CUT OFF DATE!)
